ABOUT India Haus
Yogi-Tee and Mango-Lassi
“What makes our cuisine special is that each spice has a specific effect on the body and can therefore have healing properties. The spice blends are also adapted to the current weather conditions.”
For example, on colder days a little more ginger is added, while damp weather calls for a stronger touch of cloves. Cardamom, turmeric, and garlic are also essential elements of India-Haus cuisine.
If a guest is curious about how the spices look in their natural state, our service staff will be happy to bring samples directly from the kitchen.
Typical Indian beverages include not only mango lassi but also Yogi tea, freshly prepared with spices here at India-Haus.
